Multicomponent products

Advanced technologies increasingly require a product that incorporates the physical and chemical properties of different materials.

We manufacture two-component products in thermoplastic/plastic and elastomer/plastic combinations. The solid component provides stability and positioning, while the soft component ensures damping and sealing.

The manufacturing process is fast and almost completely automated.

Some industrial applications require multiple materials with different properties in one product. These are ensured by the vulcanisation of different types of elastomers and by employing two- and three-component injection moulding technology.

Two- or multicomponent products are used in all segments of the industry. The majority of our multicomponent products are manufactured for the automotive and energy industries. These are:

  • multifunction adapters for air conditioning and ventilation
  • power adapters for hybrid vehicles
  • power connectors and adapters, etc.
