NR - natural

rubber

P40 orange red: food grade, used in food industry for gaskets that come into contact with food

A35 black: dust sealing, used in cement plants for shredding stones as anti-dust cover

A40 red or grey: non-staining, used for washers

A65 black: non-staining, abrasion-resistant (max 120 mm³), smooth or fabric impression pattern

- good elasticity and flexibility

- high physical and mechanical values

- resistant to diluted acids and bases, salt

- not resistant to gasoline and oils

B

SBR - styrene

butadiene

rubber

B55: used for cleaners

B60 standard and W black: abrasion-resistant rubber

B63 WL: abrasion-resistant (max. 55 mm³)

B67 black: antistatic quality (max. 5000 Ω), used in gas work plants, lacquering plants, precision mechanical workshops for lining to prevent discharges of static electricity

B70 grey: electric-insulation, 35kV and 50kV, used in electrical industry, in transformers for lining to prevent electrical conduction

B75: high elasticity and hardness

- quite good temperature resistance

- good mechanical properties

- resistant to diluted acids and bases, salt

- not resistant to gasoline and oils

C

NBR -

acrylonitrile rubber

C60 blue: medium oil and grease resistant + food grade

C70 black: oil and grease resistant quality, used in automotive and processing industry for gaskets that come into contact with oils, fat and gasoline

- good mechanical properties

- resistance to vegetable and mineral oils

- resistant to gasoline with not more than 30% aromats

- low elasticity

- weaker ozone existence

CI IIR

IIR - butyl,

CI IIR - cyclobutyl rubber

CI IIR45 black: resistant to acid and heat, used in chemical factories and water treatment plants for gaskets and tank coverings

- good temperature resistance

- good ozone existence

- resistant to polar solutions

- resistant to acids and bases

- not resistant to gasoline and oils

D or CR

CR -

chloroprene rubber

CR layer for very good adhesion properties (used for drum lagging or other technical rubber sheets)

- high physical and mechanical values

- good ozone existence

- resistant to aliphatic oils

- not resistant to gasoline

E

EPDM -

ethylene propylene

rubber

E60 black: ozone and heat resistant with or without EP ply, used in building industry in flooring installation and roof covering as gaskets, coverings, dilatations; rubber sheets with EP ply used production of agricultural machinery and wood processing industry as curtains for the machines or wood drying rooms

- good temperature resistance

- good ozone existence

- resistant to polar solution
