Rubber sheets for food processing industry
Like conveyor belts, also rubber sheets play an important role in the agriculture and food processing industry. Regular black rubber sheets are appropriate only for use in the initial stages of food production process, for example when harvesting crops from fields. In later stages, special types of food grade rubber sheets should be used. Engineers have therefore developed different types of food grade rubber sheets to meet the needs of food processing industry.

Rubber sheets for electrical insulation
Rubber can act as a good insulator and is suitable for use in the electrical industry. Our engineers have developed a special product used for rubber lining - B70, which prevents electrical conductivity in two strengths: the first approved up to 35kV and the second approved up to 50kV. They are produced in grey rubber according to SIST EN 60243-1:2001 standard.

Fire resistant and antistatic protection rubber sheets
Some environments, such as underground mines, closed conveyors, steel factories, foundries, etc., require fire resistant rubber sheets. Our B62-K rubber sheets are ideal for use in such applications.
Another product we supply is the B67 rubber sheet with antistatic properties. This rubber sheet can be used as a lining for prevention of static electricity discharge in environments where such discharge could lead to fatal consequences, e.g. in precision mechanical workshops, lacquering plants, gasworks, etc.

Rubber sheets for wood drying chambers
If ozone and heat resistant technical rubber sheets are required in the application, we can offer EPDM rubber. Such a product (usually textile reinforced) is used as a curtain in wood drying chambers, machines, etc. Rubber sheets without a textile reinforcement can be used as gaskets, coverings or dilatations in the building industry.

Rubber sheets used in screening systems
Rubber sheets used in screening systems can be produced with or without a textile ply. Maximum thickness of the screening rubber is 60 mm.
